Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and advanced store systems usage. The role includes identifying parts, troubleshooting, sourcing from multiple channels, and contributing to inventory maintenance.

The position requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required; full-time hours, competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
