Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs and store operations. You will bring expert knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive diagnostics while delivering top‑notch customer service and contributing to sales goals.

The role requires full‑time availability, ASE readiness is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required to access inventory and service areas. Join a team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and safe, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
