Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales, with expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and diagnostics. The role is full time and includes key holder responsibilities and high service standards.

Responsibilities include GAS2 selling, meeting sales goals, DIY services, inventory processes, and using parts lookup and POS systems. ASE certification is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Exposure to fulfillment of customer transactions and service standards.
• Valid driver's license and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
