Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role requires expert store systems knowledge, advanced automotive parts knowledge and strong DIY customer support to drive service and sales.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, proven sales ability, and the ability to read parts catalogs and operate store systems. A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
