Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and DIY assistance in our stores across the United States. This full-time role focuses on delivering GAS2 selling experiences, identifying parts, and supporting battery testing, wiper installations, and other DIY services.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and strong knowledge of store systems, inventory processes, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
