Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions with expert knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive diagnostics. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate parts identification, and efficient DIY services including battery and wiper installations.

This is a full-time position requiring 3–5 years of parts experience. You will work with gas2 selling techniques, stock parts, and manage safety and store procedures while using inventory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installations, etc.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
