Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role is full-time and requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.

You will provide GAS2 selling experiences, meet sales goals, manage DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs, ensure customer service standards, and perform key holder duties. Must have valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
