Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of parts, automotive systems and store processes.

This is a full-time role requiring strong sales skills, inventory familiarity and the ability to source parts from multiple channels. You will provide GAS2 selling experiences, meet sales goals, perform DIY services like battery installs and wiper replacements, and handle key holder duties while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain cleanliness.
