Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. The role emphasizes GAS2 selling, customer service excellence, and accurate parts identification.

Expect to work with inventory systems and perform battery and wiper installations as part of daily duties. Qualified applicants typically have 3–5 years in automotive parts sales, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts sales experience.
• Knowledge of store inventory and parts lookup systems.
• Ability to install DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including task assignment and opening/closing duties.
