Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers in our stores. The role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems, parts lookup, and in-store inventory processes, with emphasis on delivering friendly, accurate service.

Candidates typically have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification preferred. You will handle battery installations, diagnostics, and various DIY services while upholding safety and shop standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and use inventory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
