This full-time role emphasizes high-quality service and accurate parts lookup. You will perform GAS2 selling, hit sales and service goals, manage DIY services like battery and wiper installs, uphold store appearance, and handle key holder duties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems, with diagnostic aptitude.
• Ability to read manuals, safety rules and parts catalogs; strong math basics.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store cleanliness.
