Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform battery tests, wiper installations, and other DIY services while meeting sales goals.

Must have 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong English communication, and familiarity with store inventory and POS systems. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.
• Speak and write English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery install and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: open/close, safety, task assignment.
