Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales with expert knowledge of parts, systems, and store processes. You will assist customers in person and by phone, perform services such as battery installations and wiper replacements, and help manage inventory and store appearance.

This role requires strong communication, reading catalogs, and using POS and inventory systems. Prior automotive parts experience (3–5 years) and a valid driver's license are expected; ASE

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Able to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety manuals.
• Strong math and basic computer skills (POS, inventory systems).

Responsibilities

• Assist DIY customers via in-store and phone support.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels.
• Perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Handle key holder duties and open/close tasks.
