This full-time role involves assisting DIY customers in-store and by phone, performing battery installations, wiper replacements, and diagnostic tasks, and using store systems for parts lookup. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and good English communication; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
