Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, store systems, and advanced automotive troubleshooting. The role requires 3–5 years of parts experience, strong sales ability, and ASE familiarity where possible.

Responsibilities include in-store sales, DIY service support such as battery and wiper installations, inventory tasks, and maintaining customer service standards. Flexibility with days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions
• Must have a valid driver’s license (ASE preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties
• Assist in store inventory processes and cleanliness
