Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assessing current and future needs, trends, and profit opportunities in the parts department
- Setting and managing short and long-term financial and operational goals
- Managing shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Reviewing departmental activities and implementing necessary actions
- Coaching, leading, training, and supervising parts personnel
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Experience as a Parts Manager preferred
