Job summary

CarMax Oxnard is seeking a Supply Associate to ensure technicians have the correct parts, manage inventory, and process shipments, contributing to smooth service operations.

You will identify parts using CarMax systems, perform cycle counts, and support EH&S standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers opportunities to grow within a nationwide used-car retailer and requires attention to detail and strong customer service within internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and accurately record data.
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills and data entry accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication with co-workers and vendors.
• Ability to perform multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Identify and provide the correct parts for customer vehicles
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments into inventory
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stocking levels
• Control supplies to minimize waste and improve efficiency
• Allocate parts using CarMax internal systems for smooth workflow
• Return incorrect or defective parts to vendors promptly
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
