Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Stock Associate to maintain accurate inventory, support deliveries, and assist customers in a fast-paced store environment in Copiague, NY. The role involves pulling orders, stocking products, and using inventory systems with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, housekeeping, and assisting drivers and counter customers while ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year stocking, loading or order-pulling experience.
• Able to identify part numbers and source correct items.
• Comfort with basic computer terminals and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Pull all driver-delivery orders and fulfill counter and will-call requests.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise, maintaining accurate shelves.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and record maintenance.
• Assist customers in-store or by phone; support delivery coordination and dispatch.
