Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Inventory Stock Associate to maintain accurate inventory, assist with receiving, cycle counts, shelving, and order pulling for delivery drivers and will-call. You will support store operations ensuring efficient product flow and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous experience stocking, loading, or pulling.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to recognize part numbers and codes for correct placement.

Responsibilities

• Pulls all orders for delivery drivers and for counter customers and will-call.
• Receives, posts, stocks, and organizes incoming merchandise; maintains shelving.
• Conducts cycle counts and supports inventory accuracy and record maintenance.
• Operates delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries.
• Assists customers via phone or in person as volume requires.
• Performs housekeeping and safety-compliant store upkeep.
