Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated Inventory Stock Associate to maintain accurate inventory and efficient product flow in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment. You will handle receiving, posting freight, cycle counts, shelving, and order fulfillment for drivers, counter customers, and will-call.

The role requires familiarity with automotive parts, accurate part identification, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of stocking, loading, or pulling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to identify part numbers and codes quickly.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and move heavy items with equipment.
• Willing to stand/walk for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pulls all orders for drivers, counter customers, and will-call with accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive, post, stock, and organize incoming merchandise; maintain shelving.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Perform housekeeping and safety-related facility tasks.
• Use inventory systems for coordination, dispatch, and fulfillment.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and support logistics operations.
