Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Inventory Stock Associate in Pataskala, OH to maintain accurate inventory, ensure efficient product flow, and keep a clean, organized store environment. You will receive and post freight, perform cycle counts, stock shelves, pull orders for drivers and customers, assist counter sales, and support store operations with dependable, precise handling of parts.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required and basic computer skills plus the ability to lift up to 60 lbs are

Qualifications

• 1 year of stocking, loading, or order pulling experience.
• Ability to identify and source correct parts.
• Basic literacy and legible handwriting.
• Proficient with computer terminals and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Pulls all orders for drivers to wholesale customers and will-call as accurately as possible.
• Receive, post, stock, and organize incoming merchandise; maintain shelving and placement.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and record maintenance.
• Perform housekeeping, packing disposal, and area-specific organization with safety rules.
• Use inventory systems to coordinate, dispatch, and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Assist customers by phone or in person as volume requires.
• Coordinate deliveries using delivery management systems and dispatch processes.
• Contribute to store operations, merchandising, and overall efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes.
