Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with the parts manager and other staff.
• Deliver parts to body shop and distribute to technicians.
• Verify invoice matches purchase order and payments with invoices.
• Maintain a daily log of deliveries and obtain recipient signatures.
• Unload truck nightly and submit all paperwork.
• Perform basic truck maintenance and report major repairs.
• Support service department by managing drop-offs and pickups.
• Assist with stocking and posting orders for timely delivery.
• Adhere to all safety policies and maintain professional appearance.
