Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in shoppers. You will maintain stock, assist with upselling, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

The role requires safe driving, customer service, and basic math; a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and automotive knowledge are preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs with flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase AOV.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend products.
