Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales and coordinate dispatches for commercial deliveries. The role includes fleet maintenance, safety checks, and coordinating upkeep of the backroom and delivery areas.

The position requires high school completion, strong sales ability, and effective English communication. Weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities to upsell and build customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Understand and follow instructions from written or oral forms.
• Read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales.
• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
• Perform customer deliveries following standard driver procedures.
