Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver/Delivery Associate to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and walk-in customers. You will support returns, upsell, and maintain store cleanliness while safely navigating routes.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic math, and strong customer service. You will work flexible days and weekends and engage with customers to recommend parts and services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance.
• Basic math and ability to work flexible days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels including back stock and cycle counts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
