In & Out Tire & Auto - Trick Trucks is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to greet customers, understand their aftermarket needs, and guide them to the right products and services. You will manage sales across in-store, phone, and digital channels, aiming to exceed performance targets while delivering accurate, transparent guidance.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Automotive industry experience (6+ months) highly preferred.
• Experience selling lift kits, truck caps, bed covers, running boards and other accessories is a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and POS skills; ability to learn new systems.
