In & Out Tire & Auto – Trick Trucks is seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to be the face of our brand. You’ll help customers select the right products and services while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, coordinating between sales and service bays, and supporting store operations. Prior retail or automotive accessories sales and strong communication are key. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Automotive industry experience (6+ months) preferred.
• Experience selling automotive accessories (lift kits, caps, bed covers, steps, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented customer service mindset.
• Basic computer and POS skills; learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers to identify aftermarket product needs.
• Guide customers through the process with product and service recommendations.
• Foster loyalty with honest guidance and transparent advice.
• Process sales across in-store, phone, and digital channels; meet targets.
• Stay informed on promotions, warranties, and financing options.
• Coordinate between sales floor and service bay for seamless experiences.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and store operations.
• Maintain safety standards and keep the sales area clean and professional.
• Demonstrate dependability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
