Job summary

In & Out Tire & Auto – Trick Trucks is seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to be the face of our brand. You’ll help customers select the right products and services while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, coordinating between sales and service bays, and supporting store operations. Prior retail or automotive accessories sales and strong communication are key. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail, customer service, or sales experience.
• Automotive industry experience (6+ months) preferred.
• Experience selling automotive accessories (lift kits, caps, bed covers, steps, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented customer service mindset.
• Basic computer and POS skills; learn new systems.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Connect with each customer in a professional and energetic manner to identify their specific aftermarket products
• Lead customers through process, offering expert product and service recommendations
• Foster customer loyalty by providing clear, honest guidance and transparent advice
• Manage sales transactions across multiple channels—in-store, telephone, and digital—while achieving or surpassing performance targets
• Maintain current knowledge of promotional offers, warranty programs, and available
• financing to better assist customers
• Facilitate coordination between the sales floor and service bay to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Participate in routine store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities when assigned
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep the sales area clean and professional at all times
• Show dependability, accountability, adaptability, and an upbeat approach in our busy, collaborative work environment

WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU

• 1 – 2 years of retail, customers service, or sales experience.
• Automotive industry experience (at least 6+ months) highly preferred
• Preferred experience selling -lift kits, truck caps, bed covers, running boards and steps, suspension and leveling kits, other truck and automotive accessories
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
• Basic computer and POS skills; ability to learn new systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

WHERE YOU’LL BE WORKING

This role is located in our tire and automotive service retail location. You'll work in a dynamic, high-energy shop environment with flexible hours Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime as business needs require. The position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 75 pounds, and perform tasks in an active workshop setting. You'll experience exposure to typical automotive shop conditions, including moderate noise levels, fluctuating temperatures, and standard service bay elements.
