Responsabilidades

• Assist Service Technicians and Service Managers with parts requests.
• Maintain an accurate and organized parts inventory.
• Source, order, and distribute the correct parts promptly.
• Research and secure best pricing from approved vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors; identify new suppliers.
• Communicate parts order status and delivery updates to technicians and other departments.
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and organization.
• Utilize computer systems and online resources to locate hard-to-find parts.
• Support departmental goals while delivering exceptional internal customer service.
