Priority Dispatch Corp. seeking a Parts Counter Associate to assist guests in the shop, on the phone, or online. You will pull and fill orders, organize inventory, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely parts delivery.

The role is ideal for a car enthusiast with experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of parts sales, who can provide exceptional guest service and problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Previous parts retail sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent follow-up and communication about inventory and availability of parts.
• A professional appearance and work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, by phone, or online with parts requests.
• Pull and fill parts orders and ensure accuracy.
• Organize and maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Notify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or urgent needs.
• Locate parts from external sources and submit emergency orders if needed.
• Inform Service Advisors when special order parts arrive and process will-call and back-orders.
• Keep records of repairs, invoices, and special-order parts.
