Qualificações

• Experience in a retail or parts counter role, preferably automotive or machinery.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and technical documents.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their parts needs and providing expert guidance.
• Identify and locate parts using catalogs, computer systems, and product knowledge to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, invoicing, and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks, organizing parts storage, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area to facilitate smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality of parts received.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to prioritize parts orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Provide product information and technical support to customers and staff as needed.
