Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, the parent of NAPA, is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store and assist customers with automotive parts needs. You will leverage your parts knowledge, support fellow team members, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will use a computer, POS system, and catalog references to locate parts, while maintaining great listening and communication with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and industry basics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in automotive parts or automotive industry is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers for retail and wholesale customers in person or by phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care at the NAPA Store.
