Pick Your Part in Aurora, CO is seeking a personable Customer Service Associate to greet walk-in customers, provide high-quality service, identify vehicle parts, and process sales at the front counter.

You will work closely with yard staff to pull parts, maintain attractive displays, manage returns and credits, and support merchandising to drive fast, friendly, and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; college coursework encouraged.
• Prior automotive experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• In-PPerson Sales: provide immediate, high-quality service to walk-in customers.
• Parts Identification: use inventory software to locate exact vehicle matches.
• Sales: process cash and credit transactions at the front counter via POS.
• Yard Coordination: coordinate with parts pullers to retrieve requested items.
• Merchandising & Displays: set up and maintain displays to drive impulse sales.
• Core & Returns Management: inspect returned parts and process credits or warranties.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
