Job summary

Corwin Ford of Nampa is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Front Parts Counter Professional to assist technicians and customers in ordering, locating, and purchasing the parts they need. This full-time role offers paid training, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid vacation, paid sick time, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive dealership.

Qualifications

• Auto Parts Retail or Dealership Parts Experience is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ford experience is a plus but not required.
• CDK experience is a plus.

• Look up and sell parts to retail and wholesale customers in-person, by phone, and online
• Handle incoming calls and respond with product knowledge and professionalism
• Maintain clean and organized parts counters and workspace
• Assist with parts invoicing
• Support both the service department and retail customers with timely, accurate part deliveries
