Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Level 1 to assist customers over the counter and by phone, take and process orders, and support store operations. You will learn store systems and sales programs while collaborating with team members to drive customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or motivated to pursue a GED.
• 1 year of professional automotive parts experience preferred or two years hobbyist experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend work daily and on time as scheduled.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in determining parts needed.
• Learn store systems and processes and work with teammates to meet store goals.
• Locate and pull parts for orders and process stock accurately.
