Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales and customer service.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories with vehicle compatibility guidance.
• Control inventory levels, order fulfillment, and CMMS/POS usage.
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely.
• Build customer relationships and support service advisors for timely orders.
• Maintain records of inventory movements and interactions using MS Office tools.
