Responsibilities

• Send car service estimates or quotes to customers
• Order parts from vendors
• Answer customers' questions about car issues
• Help automotive technicians with day-to-day service needs
• Call potential customers to answer questions and book services

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role
• Auto parts experience with an understanding of the inner workings of cars
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing a great customer experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid comprehension, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and passion for success
