Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years engineering experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with 3D CAD drawings and modeling.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and CATIA for 2D/3D applications.
• Experience with project scheduling, planning, and coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support new vehicle model launches and simultaneous engineering activities.
• Collaborate with design, production engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Review and analyze 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and CATIA.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering activities between vehicle design and manufacturing.
• Support manufacturing trials, production readiness and process improvements.
• Develop and update engineering standards, checklists and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing quality, safety, productivity and cost.
• Participate in cross-functional engineering meetings and project reviews.
