Caliber Collision in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter. The role includes sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to support a smooth production flow.

You will help repair vehicles to Caliber and OEM standards using modern equipment, maintain safety practices, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paint operations experience in a collision center.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Nice to have collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Auto Painter and prepare vehicles for painting.
