Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with the Auto Painter. You will sand, buff, and help maintain the paint booth and workspace to uphold quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of paint operations experience in a collision center, be at least 18, and possess a valid driver’s license. Collision experience or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Nice to have: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with the Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace for safety and efficiency.
• Assist Auto Painter to ensure quality and timely workflow.

Duties may include sanding and buffing and maintenance of paint booth and workspace.
