Job summary

Caliber Collision in Morrow, GA is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to support the painter and prep vehicles for painting. You will assist with sanding, buffing and maintaining the paint booth and workspace.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment, following Caliber and OEM standards, using our state-of-the-art equipment. Experience in paint operations is preferred; training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center (or related setting).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license; eligible for Caliber insurance coverage.
• Nice to have: collision-related training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Auto Painter with prep work and sanding/buffing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint booth and workspace.
• Help prepare vehicles for painting and support production flow.

Duties may include sanding and buffing and maintenance of paint booth and workspace.
