Dent Wizard in Belmont, NC is seeking an Automotive Operations Coordinator to oversee the workflow of vehicle reconditioning operations, ensuring new and used vehicles are completed on schedule. This role requires strong organization, detail orientation, and comfort working outdoors while coordinating via Smart Sheets with dealership staff and customers.

You will log work in Smart Sheets, coordinate repairs, manage parts, perform final inspections, handle billing between Dent Wizard and dealers,

Qualifications

• Proficiency with digital cameras and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Log and track vehicle reconditioning work in priority order using Smart Sheets.
• Coordinate repair activities with service drive staff for timely execution.
• Order necessary parts and ensure availability for scheduled work.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealership.
• Interact professionally with dealership customers as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Ensure tools are in good working condition.
• Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
• Communicate feedback, issues, and solutions to management.
• Promote a positive and respectful work culture through collaboration and professionalism.
