Automotive Operations Coordinator

is responsible for overseeing the workflow of vehicle reconditioning operations, ensuring all vehicles—new and used—are completed within expected delivery timelines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors while managing tasks using Smart Sheets. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact between Dent Wizard, dealership staff, and customers.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$24.36-$30.51/hour
