Job summary

OPEN ROAD AUTO GROUP is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager for a high-volume luxury brand. The role focuses on overseeing office operations, accounting, title/registration, and compliance to ensure accurate deal processing and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate has automotive office management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to accuracy. Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive Office Manager, Dealerhip Office Manager, Automotive Accounting, or comparable dealership experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume automotive dealership strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dealership accounting and vehicle deal processing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the dealership office and administrative functions.
  • Manage and support accounting, billing, title, registration, and deal-processing activities.
  • Review and maintain accurate vehicle sales and finance documentation.
  • Ensure deals are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor funding, receivables, payables, and related dealership accounting functions.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and General Management.
  • Supervise, train, and support office staff.
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the transaction process.
  • Assist management with reporting, audits, reconciliations, and other dealership administrative needs.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop an administrative team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software
  • Reynolds & Reynolds DMS knowledge is a plus
  • Luxury automotive dealership experience is highly desirable
