Job summary

Holler Classic Corporate Office in Central Florida is seeking an experienced Service Department Supervisor to lead daily shop operations, dispatch work, and maintain high-quality repairs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, employee engagement, and compliance with safety rules; you will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Acceptable background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Train and refine daily process to achieve superior hours and $ per RO, ELR, etc.
• Maintain high employee satisfaction
• Dispatch work and manage shop workflow
• Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
• Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer.
• Stay abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair operations, such as State rules and regulations, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
• Administers warranty claims, reviews warranty policy adjustments, understands and applies warranty guidelines, ensures correct processing of claims, and communicates warranty information to customers.
