Holler and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships in the United States is seeking a qualified professional to join our Service Department. You will dispatch work, manage shop workflow, and ensure high-quality repairs while maintaining excellent customer service and efficiency.

The role requires 2–4 years of related automotive experience, a valid driver's license, a clean background, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training in automotive service.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and background check compliance.

Responsabilités

• Train and refine daily processes to achieve superior hours and dollars per RO, ELR, etc.
• Maintain high employee satisfaction.
• Dispatch work and manage shop workflow.
• Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks.
• Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer.
• Stay abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair operations.
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
• Administers warranty claims, reviews warranty policy adjustments, communicates warranty information to customers.
• Other duties assigned by management

The position requires an individual with a knowledge of the fixed operations portion of an automotive dealership and must have strong customer service, employee engagement, and automotive service skills.

• Administers warranty claims, reviews warranty policy adjustments, understands and applies warranty guidelines, ensures correct processing of claims, and communicates warranty information to customers.
• Other duties assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
