Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including but not limited to applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound calls supporting Autel scanning units, addressing technical questions related to vehicle diagnostics, and conducting research to resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to perform job duties
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks

• Minimum age of 21+ years
• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
