Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including applying technical knowledge to assist customers, supporting the Autel scanning unit via inbound and outbound calls, answering technical questions related to scanning procedures, and conducting research to resolve vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools for the role
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks

• Minimum age of 21+
• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
