Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician. Responsibilities include applying technical knowledge to assist customers, supporting the Autel scanning unit via inbound and outbound calls, answering technical questions related to scanning procedures, and researching vehicle technology issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to perform job duties
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks

• Minimum age of 21+ years
• Physical ability to perform activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
