Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including:

• Applying technical knowledge to assist customers
• Answering inbound and outbound calls supporting Autel scanning units
• Responding to technical questions related to Autel scanning procedures
• Researching, explaining, and resolving vehicle technology issues

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain necessary tools
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks

• Minimum age of 21+
• Physical ability to perform activities like reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
